Founded in 2015 to give fraud victims the specialist support that was missing.
Who we are
Harbor Recovery Group was founded by financial-crime and compliance professionals who saw too many people lose their savings to online investment schemes, and then be left without anywhere credible to turn.
Today we focus exclusively on online investment and cryptocurrency fraud. That specialisation lets us understand how these schemes move money, and which routes give victims the best chance of recovery.

2015
Founded
We open with a small team handling fake forex and binary-options cases, working directly with victims and their banks.

Entering the crypto era
As crypto investment fraud grows, we build in-house capability to trace funds across wallets and exchanges.

Building partnerships
We establish working relationships with exchanges, payment providers and legal partners across several jurisdictions.
2021
Responding to a surge in fraud
Pig-butchering and fake-platform schemes explode. We expand our case-management and support teams to meet demand.
